    Coyote's Ultima Margarita

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    1 1/2 ounces silver El Tesoro tequila -- (3 tablespoons)
    or
    silver Patron tequila
    1 teaspoon Cointreau
    1 1/2 ounces lime juice -- freshly squeezed
    -- (3 tablespoons)
    3 tablespoons superfine sugar
    ice cubes
    1 lime wedge -- for garnish

    Salt the rim of a chilled martini glass.

    Fill a cocktail shaker with the tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, sugar, and ice, and the same lime wedge, squeezed. Shake well for at least 30 seconds, until a foam forms on top. Strain into a blender and run at low speed for a few seconds, or just until the ice is cracked but not slushy. Pour and strain into glass. Garnish with the lime wedge.
