    From my recipe files.

    10 raspberries
    1 lemon
    1 ounce honey-infused vodka*
    1/2 ounce black raspberry liqueur
    1/2 ounce macadamia nut liqueur**
    mint leaf -- to garnish

    Muddle (mash) fresh raspberries and lemon. Combine with alcohol, shake, and serve with crushed ice. This drink is nice served in a tumbler. Garnish with mint.

    Judi's notes:

    * One brand of honey-infused vodka you can purchase is 42 Below Manuka Honey Vodka.

    ** There are several brands of macadamia nut liqueur, but two that come to mind is Kahana Royale and Trader Vic's Macadamia Nut Liqueur.
