    Old Philadelphia Fish House Punch

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    1 quart fresh lemon juice
    1 quart water
    2 quarts dark rum
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1/2 cup peach brandy
    large block ice

    Combine all ingredients, adding more water if you wish, and pour over ice in punch bowl.
