ice cubes
1 1/2 ounces sloe gin
3/4 ounce lemon juice -- freshly squeezed
2 dashes Angostura bitters
club soda -- chilled
orange slice -- for garnish
Maraschino cherry -- for garnish
Fill a highball glass three-quarters full with ice cubes. Add the sloe gin, lemon juice, and
Angostura bitters. Stir briefly.
Fill the glass up with the club soda. Stir well, but at an even pace. Garnish with the orange slice around the rim and the cherry dropped in the glass.
