Buttered Banana Shake

1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons butterscotch syrup
4 frozen banana chunks
2 tablespoons pecans -- chopped
1 scoop vanilla frozen yogurt
or
1 cup vanilla ice cream
In a blender, combine milk, syrup and bananas. Secure lid and blend (from low to high if using a variable speed blender) until smooth. Add pecans and frozen yogurt. Process using the chop or pulse function until shake reaches the desired consistency.
