3 cups all-purpose baking and biscuit mix
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 can diced tomatoes (with basil
-- garlic & oregano)
-- 8 ounces)
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup low fat or whole milk
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Turn onto surface dusted with baking mix; knead 10 times. Roll or pat dough to 1/2-inch thickness, cut with 2-inch biscuit cutter and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with honey butter, if desired.
