6 large pork chops
salt and pepper -- to taste
1 tablespoon onion soup mix
rosemary -- to taste
1 jar applesauce (16 oz)
1 cup fresh cranberries
1/4 cup dry vermouth
Brown chops in frying pan with salt, pepper, onion soup mix and rosemary. Put applesauce and cranberries and chops into a 2 qt. casserole. Add vermouth, cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
Ready in: 1 hour 45 minutes
