    Creamy Crab Dip

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 package cream cheese (3 oz) -- room temperature
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 garlic clove -- crushed
    1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    3 drops hot pepper sauce (to 4)
    6 ounces crabmeat -- well drained and
    - flaked

    In a medium bowl, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, seasoned salt, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce until blended. Fold in the crabmeat. Refrigerate 3 hours to blend flavors. Serve cold with potato chips for dipping.
