Salmon Party Spread

1 package cream cheese -- softend (8 oz)
1 can pink salmon (7-1/2 oz) -- drained, flaked
-- and cartilage removed
3 tablespoons fresh parsley -- chopped
2 tablespoons green pepper -- finely chopped
2 tablespoons sweet red pepper -- finely chopped
2 teaspoons grated onion
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke -- optional
pecans -- finely chopped
or
additional parsley
crackers
In a bowl, combine the first nine ingredients; stir until well blended. Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours. Transfer to a serving bowl; sprinkle with pecans or parsley. Serve with crackers.
