Indian Raita

2 cups plain yogurt
6 red radishes -- grated
2 ripe tomatoes -- finely diced
1/2 cucumber -- grated
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Stir to even them out.
Serve chilled in a pretty glass serving dish. Sprinkle surface of Raita with chili powder to add a dash of spice and color. This dish is to be served as an accompaniment to Indian vegetable dishes.
