Mango Mixed Raita

3 cups plain thick yoghurt -- chilled
1/4 cup peas -- cooked
1/4 cup onions -- chopped)
1/4 cup tomatoes -- chopped
1/4 cup cucumber -- chopped
1/3 cup ripe mango -- chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder -- optional
Chop all the fruit and vegetables into the same size pieces (about 1/4 inch). Add the spices, salt, and chilled yoghurt and mix well together.
Serve immediately
Judi's Notes: You can substitute any other fruit in season for the mango.
Serves 4 to 6.
