    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    (Noodles with Cottage Cheese)
    1/2 pound broad noodles
    5 cups boiling water
    1 tablespoon salt
    1/2 pound cottage cheese
    2 tablespoons butter

    Put noodles in boiling salted water and boil till tender. Drain off and while still hot mix in the cottage cheese and butter. Serve hot.

    Description:
    "A hearty noodle dish which is great for lunch or supper. Similar to
    what I grew up with from my Polish mother."
