Frittata di Spaghetti

4 ounces Italian sausage
1 pound spaghetti -- cooked
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Mozzarella cheese -- diced
3 eggs
Cover the bottom of a skillet with water, add sausage, and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Crumble and set aside.
Heat spaghetti with 1 tablespoon butter in a deep casserole, and add Parmesan, Mozzarella, and sausage. Beat eggs until foamy and pour into spaghetti mixture, blending well using a wooden spoon.
Heat remaining butter in a frying pan. Add frittata mixture and cook, turning once, over low heat until golden (about 7 minutes per side). Serve hot or at room temperature.
