Recipe Introduction
I have had this in my files for years and years. It is a delicious drink for the summer as well as for the winter. One of my favorites! I am not sure of the origin of this drink, but it probably came from one of my long lost drink mix cookbooks that I miss dearly. The proportions of the alcohol have been changed to suit my taste.
3/4 oz creme de bananes
3/4 oz peach schnapps
1/2 oz Midori melon liqueur
1/2 ounce coconut rum
pineapple juice
cranberry juice
Pour the alcohol into a tall highball glass which has been filled with ice. Add 1/2 pineapple juice and then another 1/2 with cranberry juice. Stir and serve drink. Yummy delicious!
