This was copied from the old GENie Food and Wine Board many years ago. This is a quick put together cake that is really quite good if you love a lemon flavored cake. I have made this several times and enjoyed it very much. Thanks Cookie-Lady (Sylvia) for sharing this with all of us.

New Lemon Cake

1 box lemon cake mix
1 package lemon instant pudding
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup water
TOPPING:
1/3 cup orange juice
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
2 tablespoons oil
Mix the cake mix and instant pudding together. Add eggs, oil, and water to cake and pudding mix. Beat for 10 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35-40 minutes. This makes a 13x9 inch cake.
When done and while hot, prick all over top with sharp fork. Mix topping ingredients together and pour on cake, spreading topping around. Very good served warm.
