    This is a spur of the moment drink created on a very hot day with ingredients I had on hand. It was sort of pour a little of this and a little of that and produced a very interesting tart but refreshing combination.

    Papaya-Pineapple Delight

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    1 ounce peach schnapps
    1 ounce Malibu rum
    1/2 ounce vodka
    splash ke ke Keylime Cream Liqueur
    2 ounces papaya nectar
    3 ounces pineapple juice
    1 dash fresh lime juice
    1 lime wedge -- for garnish

    Place some ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass. Pour in schnapps, rum, vodka, ke ke liqueur, papaya nectar, and pineapple juice. Mix with spoon, add the lime juice, and mix again. Garnish with a lime wedge.

    Note: This is a somewhat tart drink but very refreshing. If you like a sweeter drink, add a little grenadine.
