Recipe Introduction
This recipe was first made back in 1974 for a Thanksgiving dinner. It has been a tradition to serve it at some time during the holiday season. It is easy to make and gets gobbled up very quickly. Have extra ingredients on hand or just double the dip.

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
2 cans white albacore tuna fish
- (7 ounces each)
1/2 pound cream cheese
1/4 cup dry sherry
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons onion -- very finely chopped
3 tablespoons chili sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper -- freshly ground
1/8 teaspoon curry powder
3 tablespoons parsley -- minced
Rinse the tuna under cold running water and drain very well. Place the cream cheese in a medium bowl and beat the cream cheese until smooth. Blend in the sherry, sour cream, onions, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, curry powder, and parsley. Fold in the tuna and taste to adjust seasoning.
Place in a serving bowl and serve with potato chips, crackers, or small pieces of toast.
Judi's notes: This is a great dip that everyone likes. You can substitute canned salmon if you like, but we like the tuna version. If you are using with potato chips, you may want to thin with a teaspoon or so of half and half or whole milk.
