    Grilled Rib Eyes With Mango Salsa

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    4 beef ribeye steaks
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup lime juice
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    2 garlic cloves; crushed
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    ***MANGO SALSA***
    2 cups tomatoes -- diced
    1 fresh mango; peeled & diced
    1 bell pepper; seeded & diced
    6 green onions w/tops; diced
    1 large fresh jalapeno
    1/4 cup lime juice
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro -- chopped
    1/4 cup pecan pieces -- toasted

    Mix Worcestershire and next 6 ingredients for marinade. Marinate steaks 15-30 minutes. Combine salsa ingredients.

    Grill steaks 4-6 inches from medium coals for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once. Cut steaks in 1/4-inch slices, if desired. Serve steaks with mango salsa.

    Serving Suggestions: Rice and Steamed Broccoli.

    Ready in 30 Minutes
