Two-Cabbage Cole Slaw

3 cups green cabbage -- thinly sliced
3 cups red cabbage -- thinly sliced
2 carrots -- shredded
1 green pepper -- julienned
2 scallions, minced
1/3 cup nonfat mayonnaise
1/3 cup nonfat yogurt
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon celery seeds
In a large bowl, mix the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, green peppers and scallions.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, black pepper and celery seeds. Pour over the salad and toss well to combine. Chill.
Per serving: 38 calories, 0.2g fat, 2 g fiber, trace cholesterol, 148 mg sodium
