    Honey Glazed Pork Roast

    1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
    1 teaspoon dried marjoram
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper -- coarsely ground
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    4 pounds boneless pork loin roast
    2 tablespoons honey

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    In small bowl combine zest, marjoram, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Rub 2 teaspoons mixture over roast. Stir honey into remaining mixture; reserve. Place pork in small roasting pan; roast until meat thermometer inserted into thickest part of pork registers 155 degrees F, about 1 hour, 20 minutes, basting with honey mixture during last 20 minutes of cooking time.

    Transfer to platter or cutting board. Cover; let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with pan juices, if desired.
