    Ogunquit Maine Baked Scallops

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    12 ounces jumbo sea scallops
    1/2 pound butter (1 stick)
    1 1/2 cups Italian bread crumbs
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon paprika

    In small saucepan combine butter, pepper, and lemon. Melt on low heat. Place scallops in medium baking dish. Pour butter mixture over the scallops. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top. Sprinkle with small amount of paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
