Peach Jello Salad

1ST LAYER:
1 package peach jello (3 ounces)
1 cup hot water
1 pint vanilla ice cream
2ND LAYER:
1 package peach jello (3 ounces)
1 cup hot water
1 can sliced peaches (15 ounces) -- drained, reserving
-- 1/2 cup juice
1ST LAYER: Dissolve jello in hot water. Add ice cream, blend well. Place in refrigerator until completely set.
2ND LAYER: Dissolve jello in hot water. Add peaches and juice. Pour over the first layer. Place in refrigerator until completely set.
Note: Recipe did not specify what size pan or mold to use. I would use a 9- x 12-inch pan for this. -- Judi Mae Phelps
