    Russian Cucumber Dill Salad

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    3 cucumbers -- peeled and chopped
    2 scallions -- chopped
    2 cups plain yogurt
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    2 tablespoons fresh dill -- snipped
    2 tablespoons black olives -- chopped

    Mix all ingredients except the dill in a large chilled bowl. Sprinkle the dill over each serving liberally. Serve chilled.
