MAC: Chicken Macaroni Salad

1 pound chicken -- cooked & shredded
1 pound box macaroni -- cooked
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 small sized onion -- finely minced (optional)
1 can crushed pineapple -- liquid removed
-- (20 ounce size)
mayonnaise
1 big apple -- cut in fine strips
4 large boiled eggs
salt & pepper -- to taste
paprika
Place cooked macaroni in a large bowl, fold in cooked and shredded chicken, pickle relish, onion, crushed pineapple and five strips of apple. Season with salt and pepper. Add in the mayonnaise and mix together till everything is covered with mayonnaise. Slice boiled eggs on top of the macaroni salad. Then sprinkle paprika on top. Chill overnight and serve.
