Mary Ann's Bacon Chive Potato Salad

8 cups small red potatoes
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 bunch green onions -- chopped
10 slices crisp bacon -- cooked and cooled
Boil unpeeled potatoes until tender; quarter after boiling. Mix mayonnaise and mustard together. Toss with potatoes, green onions and bacon.
