4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
1 container chive & onion cream cheese (8 ounce)
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts (6-1/2 ounce)
1 can sliced ripe olives (2-1/5 ounce)
2 cups leftover turkey -- shredded
2/3 cup red onion -- minced
1 cup shredded jack cheese -- (optional)
Lay tortillas on a flat surface and spread 1/4 of the cream cheese on each, leaving 2 inches of tortilla open at the top. Drain liquid from artichokes into a medium bowl. Chop artichokes and add them back to bowl with the olives, turkey, onion, and jack cheese. Toss well to coat ingredients with marinade.
Spread 1/4 of the turkey mixture over cream cheese, and continue to leave the 2-inch opening at the top. Starting at the bottom, roll up to enclose filling. Press the wrap so that ingredients are tightly packed into the tortilla. Cut each wrap in half.
