    1 tablespoon summer savory
    1 tablespoon lavender
    1 tablespoon crumbled bay leaves
    1 tablespoon ground cloves
    1 tablespoon dried orange peel
    1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
    ***MILDER VERSION***
    2 tablespoons thyme
    1 tablespoon oregano
    1 1/2 teaspoons summer savory
    3/4 teaspoon marjoram

    Combine the herbs, mixing well. Pack into airtight jar (will stay fresh 4 months.
