4 cups tomato juice
1/2 cup onion -- finely minced
1 medium clove garlic -- minced
1 medium bell pepper -- minced
1 teaspoon honey -- (optional)
1 medium cucumber -- peeled, seeded, and

2 scallions -- minced
1/2 lemon -- juice of
1 lime -- juice of
1 teaspoon tarragon
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 cup parsley -- freshly minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt -- to taste
black pepper -- to taste
cayenne -- to taste
2 cups freshly diced tomatoes
Combine all ingredients.
Optional: Puree all or some in blender or food processor.
Chill until very cold.
