    Apple Walnut Stuffing

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    6 golden delicious apples -- peeled, cored and
    -- diced
    1 cup celery -- diced
    1 cup onions -- diced
    4 sprigs thyme
    4 cloves garlic -- finely chopped
    10 basil leaves -- chopped
    1/4 cup olive oil
    3 1 lb bags Pepperidge Farms seasoned
    -- stuffing
    2 cups chicken stock
    1 cup chopped walnuts
    salt and pepper

    In a large skillet, on medium heat, add olive oil, celery, onions, carrots. Cook for 10 minutes, then add basil, garlic, thyme, and chicken stock. Salt and pepper to taste.

    Cook for 15 minutes on high heat, then remove from heat. Add apples, walnuts and seasoned stuffing. Mix well.

    Transfer the mixture to a baking pan. Place in pre-heated oven at 400 degrees F. for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
