Corn Stuffing Balls

1/2 cup celery -- chopped
1 onion -- chopped
1 can cream-style corn (17 oz)
1/4 cup water
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 package herb seasoned stuffing mix ( 8 oz)
2 eggs -- slightly beaten
1/4 cup butter -- melted
or
1/4 cup margarine -- melted
In mixing bowl, combine celery, onion, corn, water, pepper, poultry seasoning, stuffing mix, and eggs. Shape into 7 or 8 balls.
Place in crockpot. Pour butter over. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours.
Prep time: 15 minutes
Total time: 4 1/4 hours
Yield: 8 stuffing balls
