    Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Drink

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    1 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup plain yogurt
    1 medium banana -- sliced
    2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
    1 tablespoon honey

    In blender, on high speed, whirl all ingredients until smooth. Pour equally into 2 glasses; serve at once.

    Each serving provides: 1 protein exchange, 1 fat exchange, 1 fruit exchange, 1 milk exchange, 30 calories optional

    Per serving: 259 calories, 12 g protein, 10 g fat, 35 g carohydrate, 180 mg sodium. 6 points
