Applesauce Oatmeal Bread

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Splenda
1 egg
1/4 cup Egg Beaters® 99% egg substitute
1/2 cup Canola oil
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup wheat flour
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a loaf pan with vegetable cooking spray; set aside.
Mix together the sugar, Splenda, egg, Eggbeaters, oil, and vanilla. Combine the dry ingredients and add to the wet ingredients. Mix in the oat flakes and applesauce. Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake at 350º for 40 to 50 minutes.
