    Cheese Garlic Biscuits

    Bisquick

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups reduced fat Bisquick
    2/3 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup grated, reduced fat cheddar cheese
    2 tablespoons light margarine -- melted
    1/8 teaspoon garlic powder


    Recipe

    Heat oven to 450º.

    Stir Bisquick, milk and cheese until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 9 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until golden brown. Stir together margarine and garlic powder; brush over warm biscuits.

    Per Serving: 129 Calories; 3g Fat (24.1% calories from fat); 4g Protein; 20g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 2mg Cholesterol; 415mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1 Grain(Starch); 0 Lean Meat; 0 Non-Fat Milk; 1/2 Fat.

    NOTES : To further reduce the fat content, omit the butter and add the garlic powder to the batter.
