4 cups peaches -- sliced and peeled
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup light margarine
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Splenda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup skim milkRecipe
Preheat oven to 375º. Melt butter in 9" x 13" baking dish and set aside. Combine peaches with brown sugar and let stand 10 minutes. Stir flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl. Add milk and mix well. Pour this batter over melted butter in baking dish. DO NOT STIR. Pour peaches evenly over batter. DO NOT STIR.
Bake at 375º for 50 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Serve warm.
