List of Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons Sweet 'n Low® granulated sugar substitute
1/4 cup light margarine -- melted
1 egg
1/4 cup Egg Beaters® 99% egg substitute
2 tablespoons Butter Buds
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon saltRecipe
Preheat oven to 350º Spray the bottom only of an 8-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium sized bowl, stir together the sugar, Sweet 'N Low, margarine, eggs, Egg Beaters, Butter Buds sprinkles and vanilla. In a small bowl, stir together the dry ingredients; stir into liquid ingredients just until blended.
Spread into pan and bake 25 minutes; cool on wire rack.
