    Orange Jello Mold

    3 ounces sugar-free orange-flavored gelatin
    1 cup mandarin oranges -- drained
    1 cup hot water
    1 cup crushed pineapple in light syrup -- with juice
    3/4 cup fat-free sour cream


    Recipe

    Combine orange jello with boiling water; add pineapple with juice. Cool. Add sour cream. Refrigerate until thickens slightly. Add oranges. Refrigerate until set.
