    1/4 cup fat-free Parmesan cheese -- grated
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 teaspoon dried basil -- or dill weed
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    4 medium red potatoes

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 425º.

    In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, oil, basil (or dill) and garlic powder. Cut potatoes into 1/4-in. sticks. Add to cheese mixture; toss to coat. Place in a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.

    Bake at 425º for 15 minutes; turn potatoes. Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until crisp and tender.

    Serves: 4

    Per Serving: 109 Calories; 3g Fat (27.8% calories from fat); 4g Protein; 16g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 6mg Cholesterol; 59mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1 Grain(Starch); 1/2 Lean Meat; 1/2 Fat; 0 Other Carbohydrates.

    NOTES : I like to use McCormick's "It's A Dilly" seasoning.
