2 large Idaho potatoes -- cut in 1/2" thick strips
1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper -- or to taste
1/2 cup fat-free cheddar cheese -- shredded
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 º. Coat a large baking sheet with olive oil flavored cooking spray.
Arrange potatoes on prepared baking sheet, spray potatoes lightly with olive oil flavored cooking spray and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Bake until golden brown and fork tender, about 40 minutes. Turn potatoes after baking 20 minutes. Move potatoes so they are close together on baking sheet; top with cheese. Bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes more.
