    2 large cucumbers -- sliced paper thin
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
    1/2 cup vinegar
    1/2 cup water
    1 tablespoon Splenda
    salt and pepper


    Recipe



    Combine vinegar, water, sugar, and spices. Add cucumbers.

    Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

    Serves; 6
