Judy's Spicy Zucchini

List of Ingredients
2 medium zucchini -- sliced
1 medium onion -- chopped
2 garlic loves -- minced
10 ounces mushrooms -- sliced
16 ounce can diced tomatoes
8 ounces garden style salsa, medium hot
salt and pepper
Recipe
Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Over medium heat, cook onions and garlic until onions are softened; add remaining ingredients. Simmer until zucchini is fork tender.
