List of Ingredients
zucchini, yellow squash, asparagus, mushrooms, onion, green or red peppers -- whatever you like!
Italian seasoning
salt and pepper
Recipe
Line a jelly roll pan with Release foil, then spritz it lightly with Pam, or use a sprayer filled with canola oil.
Cut the veggies into evenly sized pieces to ensure even cooking and spread them out evenly on the sheet. Spray again with the oil. Add Italian ( or your favorite seasoning ) and roast until the veggies are tender on the inside (about 20 minutes at 425º.)
