    Cream together:
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup shortening
    4 eggs

    Add:
    10 small or 6 med bananas

    Add:
    4 cups flour
    2 teaspoons soda
    2 teasponns baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt

    Optional:
    Nuts

    Recipe



    Pour in to 3 bread pans, Sprayed with cooking spray Bake for 1 hour in preheated over 350 deg.
