Lobster and Shrimp ravioli filling

Recipe Introduction
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup leek, finely chopped
1/2 cup carrot, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
1/3 teaspoon fresh thyme finely chopped
1 1/4 pounds lobster meat, cooked and finely chopped
3/4 pounds shrimp meat, cooked and finely chopped
List of Ingredients
Melt butter in saute pan. Add leek, carrot, celery, ginger and thyme. Saute briefly. Stir in lobster and shrimp until well mixed. Use to fill ravioli.
After cooking, serve with a white wine-butter sauce.Recipe
