    List of Ingredients


    • 1 large box vanilla wafers or graham crackers
    • 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
    • 1 pint candied cherries
    • 1 pint candied pineapple
    • 1 box chopped dates
    • 1 can coconut
    • 1 pound chopped shelled pecans


    Instructions


    1. Roll the cookies or crackers till finely crumbled. Or process in food processor.
    2. Add the milk and mix well. Add the cherries, pineapples and dates. Mix and add the coconut and pecans.
    3. Mix well and roll into a 1 1/2 inch roll. Wrap in wax paper, then aluminum foil. Chill well. Cut in slices as needed.

    4. Keeps well in the refrigerator for several weeks.
