- 1 pound Marshmallows
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 pound graham crackers
- 1 pound raisins (preferred golden)
- 1 quart shelled pecans
- 1 bottle cherries
Instructions
- Pour graham crackers out on wax paper and roll until powdered.
- Put in bowl and add nuts, raisins, and chopped cherries.
- Melt marshmallows and butter in double boiler or a large non-stick, dutch-oven pot.
- Pour over dry ingredients.
- Mix well and pack in loaf pan lined with wax paper.
- Leave in refrigerator at least 24 hours.
- You can store in refrigerator for over 2 months and use as desired.
