Chicken with Stuffing

- Boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped
- Durkee Grill Creations St. Louis Style Chicken & Rib Rub
- Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning
- 4 cups chopped bread
- 1 pkg. Stovetop stuffing Mix
- 3 cups liquid
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 4 cups canned corn
- 1 4-oz. jar chopped pimento
- 2/3 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Season the chicken with the rub and the creole seasonings and let them marinade for 30 minutes.
Then brown well in skillet.
- Mix the torn stale bread and the stuffing mix. Add the liquid.
- Mix the cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, the canned corn, pimento, and sour cream. Heat in skillet after browning the chicken.
- Put browned chicken in bottom of crock pot. Pour soup and veggie mixture over chicken. Sprinkle stuffing over all.
- Simmer on low heat till hot all the way through and dressing is set.
