    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cups flour
    • 3/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1 cup butter
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 cup ICE water
    • 1 tablespoon vinegar


    Instructions


    1. Mix flour and salt.
    2. Cut in butter. Process in a food processor.
    3. Combine remaining ingredients and stir into flour mixture.
    4. Let stand a few minutes.
    5. Knead very lightly in flour. Divide into 4 pieces for 4 crusts. Can freeze and roll out when needed.
    6. Roll out and fit to pie plate. Refrigerate and chill well. Then fill and bake.
