List of Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup ICE water
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Instructions
- Mix flour and salt.
- Cut in butter. Process in a food processor.
- Combine remaining ingredients and stir into flour mixture.
- Let stand a few minutes.
- Knead very lightly in flour. Divide into 4 pieces for 4 crusts. Can freeze and roll out when needed.
- Roll out and fit to pie plate. Refrigerate and chill well. Then fill and bake.
