Basic Vinaigrette

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender bowl.
- Process the ingredients 30 seconds into a chunky mixture.
- You can use immediately or refrigerate. When refrigerated, allow to set for 30 minutes at room temperature and then blend with a fork.
Final Comments
This dressing is great for salads, potato or pasta salads.
