List of Ingredients
- 8 oz well-trimmed beef sirloin, cut into thin strips
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small green bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 4 small flour tortillas
Instructions
- Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray; heat. Add beef; cook, stirring, until browned. Transfer to plate; set aside.
- Add onion and pepper strips to same skillet; cook, stirring, until softened, 2-3 minutes. Add beef and cumin; cook, stirring, until beef is cooked through, about 1-2 minutes.
- Microwave tortillas, just until warmed, 15-20 seconds; set on plate and top with beef mixture.
Final Comments
