Cathy's Shrimp Pasta Alfredo

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. whole-grain penne or corkscrew pasta
- 16 oz. pkg frozen peas
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled
- 1 C jarred light Alfredo sauce
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Two minutes before pasta is done, add peas and shrimp to cooking water. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Drain peas, shrimp and pasta.
- Return mixture to pot. Add Alfredo sauce. Cook, stirring, until heated through--about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serve with freshly ground black pepper.
